HEXA is looking for an organised and discreet Administrative Assistant with strong institutional sense to support management and the operational structure.
What you will do
- Manage the management agenda and institutional correspondence
- Organise meetings, minutes and event logistics
- Keep physical and digital archives up to date
- Handle regulatory documentation protocol (ARSEG, AGT)
- Welcome visitors and manage front-desk service
Requirements
- 12th grade completed (Secretarial training is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Full command of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good presentation and institutional sense
- Professional writing skills in Portuguese

What you will do
- Manage and develop your own client portfolio
- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with partner insurers
- Follow policy issuance, collections and renewals
- Report results to the Commercial Director
Requirements
- Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics or Insurance
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience (2 in the insurance sector)
- Knowledge of the main branches (Life, WC, Health, Motor, CL)
- Strong results orientation and relational ability
