Administrative Assistant

HEXA is looking for an organised and discreet Administrative Assistant with strong institutional sense to support management and the operational structure.

What you will do

  • Manage the management agenda and institutional correspondence
  • Organise meetings, minutes and event logistics
  • Keep physical and digital archives up to date
  • Handle regulatory documentation protocol (ARSEG, AGT)
  • Welcome visitors and manage front-desk service

Requirements

  • 12th grade completed (Secretarial training is a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Full command of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good presentation and institutional sense
  • Professional writing skills in Portuguese

Nice to have

  • Degree in progress
  • Functional English
  • Experience in finance or insurance sector

Commercial Manager

HEXA is in its structuring phase and looking for a Commercial Manager to build the client portfolio together with us.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop your own client portfolio
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with partner insurers
  • Follow policy issuance, collections and renewals
  • Report results to the Commercial Director

Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics or Insurance
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial experience (2 in the insurance sector)
  • Knowledge of the main branches (Life, WC, Health, Motor, CL)
  • Strong results orientation and relational ability

  • B2B experience
  • Commercial English
